Baku Engineering University (BEU) and Azercell will jointly organize a hackathon for students called “CyberCell”. The competition, which will cover the topics of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, will be held at BEU on October 18-19 of this year.
Students from BEU as well as other universities can join the “Hackathon”.
Teams participating in the competition must consist of a maximum of 3 people.

Winners will be awarded cash prizes:
● 1st place– 4000 AZN;
● 2nd place – 3000 AZN;
● 3rd place – 2000 AZN.
Expected knowledge:
● Understanding of Red Team operations (attack simulation, exploitation, escalation, intranet movement);
● Understanding of Blue Team operations (log monitoring, anomaly detection, incident response and mitigation strategies);
● Familiarity with penetration testing methodologies, vulnerability assessment and threat mapping with frameworks such as Cyber Kill Chain və ya MITRE ATT&CK;
● JAbility to identify attack patterns and simulate defense strategies by analyzing logs, incidents and threat intelligence.
