Maharram Jabrayilov, a bachelor's graduate of Baku Engineering University (BEU) majoring in Chemical Engineering for the 2019/2020 academic year, will continue his studies at Louisiana State University.
Of note, M. Jabrayilov received a positive response from the mentioned educational center as well as from other prestigious higher education institutions. Thus, the BEU student who got the opportunity to study at the doctorate level in the same specialty at the University of Illinois, USA with a full scholarship, was also admitted to the master's degree (Chemical Engineering - without scholarship) at the Polytechnic University of Milan, Italy, Hamburg University of Technology, Germany and the University of Alberta, Canada.
After evaluating the possibilities of educational institutions, M. Jabrayilov preferred Louisiana State University. The amount of the annual scholarship of BEU graduate, exempted from the university tuition fee, is 28 thousand US dollars. He is currently working as a research student at the University's nano-materials and catalysts laboratory led by Professor James Dorman
