Baku hosts “Falcons Summit Baku 2019” conference

      “The Falcons Summit Baku 2019” conference organized by the Innovation Agency under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies has started in Baku today. The purpose of the “Falcons Summit” is to present innovative startup projects in various fields to investors, discuss funding opportunities and demonstrate Azerbaijan's existing investment opportunities. The event aimed to increase capital and create new opportunities for startups looking to build business relationships with major investors, business leaders, international organizations and government agencies. The three-day event was attended by more than 500 project and company managers.

      Deputy Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies Elmir Velizade, officials of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, as well as BP made speeches at the opening ceremony.

     It should be noted that the Rector of Baku Engineering University, Professor Havar Mammadov, Vice-Rectors of the University, associate professor Manafaddin Namazov, associate professor Elchin Suleymanov, head of the strategic development department of BEU Saleh Mammadov, head of BEU Technopark Elchin Mammadov, Associate Professor of Business Administration Department of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Rasim Abutalibov participated in the “The Falcons Summit Baku 2019” conference.
