Students of the dual degree program (BEU-INHA DDP) between Baku Engineering University and INHA University of the Republic of South Korea have succeeded in the “2025 Green Tech Globalthon” hackathon.

Held in South Korea in collaboration with INHA University SW Center, LINC Business Group, Google Developers Group on Campus INHA and AIESEC INHA, the hackathon aims to develop smart solutions in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

At the two-day event, which was attended by both international and Korean students, teams worked on technological and innovative solutions and presented their projects.

The innovative solutions presented by BEU-INHA DDP students, represented by 4 people in each team, were highly appreciated by the jury.

At the hackathon, 4th-year students of BEU-INHA IDP - Nabi Shirinov (Information Technologies) with the "Enigma" team were awarded the Excellence Prize (2nd place), and Alper Gahramanli (Electrical Engineering) with the "80EGGSelent" team were awarded the Outstanding Prize (3rd place).
