According to the results of placement in higher education institutions of the Republic of Azerbaijan announced by the State Examination Center for the 2022/2023 academic year, high indicators of admission to Baku Engineering University (BEU) were recorded. Thus, the University's undergraduate admission plan was filled by 97.78 percent.

Furthermore, a significant increase in the number of high-scoring students choosing BEU was observed. Hence, compared to the last academic year, the number of students admitted to the bachelor's degree of BEU who scored higher than 600 points increased twice.

Of note, this year, a total of 1,028 planned places were allocated in 25 majors at the bachelor's degree of BEU, of which 680 were allocated to the Azerbaijani and 348 to the English sections.

72 percent of applicants admitted to BEU for the 2022-2023 academic year will study on a state order, and 28 percent will study on a paid basis.
