Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs at Baku Engineering University (BEU), Associate Professor Elchin Suleymanov has made a speech on "Effective use of scientific resource bases" at a webinar organized by the Azerbaijan Science Association.

E.Suleymanov gave detailed information on sending articles to scientific journals and following the process, becoming a member of scientific networks and using them effectively, as well as disseminating scientific works to a wider audience and monitoring the process of its use. He informed the participants about the opportunities for international cooperation, as well as invitations to joint projects.
