Representatives of Student Loan Fund under the Ministry of Education met with students of Baku Engineering University (BEU).

Vice-Rector Hamzagha Orujov noted the opportunities created by student loans at the meeting. The Vice-Rector called on students to take advantage of this opportunity and the discounts by studying better, and voiced his views and suggestions on student loans.

Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Student Loan Fund Bahruz Azimov informed about the activities of the institution established by the respective Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 17, 2021. He stressed that the main goal of the Foundation's activities is to ensure access to education, and highly appreciated the student loan as an excellent opportunity for students to study better.

An employee of the Fond Gunay Bakhishova provided the necessary information on the application rules and criteria for issuing student loans, discounts on student loans, deferral periods.

Afterwards, the Fond’s officials Bahruz Azimov, Gunay Bakhishova, Fatima Abdullayeva and Emin Sheydayev answered the questions, and the proposals were widely discussed.
