PhD. in Philosophy Rabil Mehdiyev, a senior lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences of Baku Engineering University (BEU), has participated in the centralized entrance exam in philosophy at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University as a member of the commission. According to him, a total of 135 people took the exam. All doctoral students who chose BEU successfully passed the exam.

It should be noted that the centralized entrance exam in philosophy was held in accordance with the Resolution No. 443 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 1, 2010 No. 129 on amendments to the "Rules on the establishment and admission of to doctoral studies”.
