A meeting dedicated to expanding cooperation relations between Baku Engineering University (BEU) and Sapienza University of Rome, one of Italy's oldest and most prestigious higher education institutions, has been held.

During the meeting, BEU Vice-Rector for International Relations Atraba Gul and Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation Aghasi Melikov delivered speeches, providing detailed information about the university's international relations strategy, partnership programs, and scientific research activities, while also highlighting future prospects for cooperation with Sapienza University.

Graziella Gaglione, Director of the International Relations Department at Sapienza University, made a presentation about the institution's activities and international cooperation opportunities. Representatives of Sapienza University emphasized their confidence that broader cooperation with BEU would yield productive results for both parties.

During the speeches, the already established cooperation relations between the two higher education institutions within the framework of various exchange programs were highly appreciated. The parties discussed further development of existing cooperation relations, implementation of new joint projects in the fields of science, innovation and education, as well as expansion of student and faculty exchange programs.

At the conclusion of the meeting, an agreement was reached between the parties on further deepening existing cooperation, implementing new joint initiatives, and expanding cooperation at the institutional level in the near future.
