Rector of Baku Engineering University (BEU), Professor Havar Mammadov participated in the International Forum "Quality Assurance and Quality Enhancement in Higher Education".

In the two-day event,  topics were discussed in different directions, including "Organization of the internal and external quality assurance system of higher education in accordance with the standards and guidelines of the quality of European higher education", "The role of external quality assurance in strengthening the status of ATMs", and etc.

Moreover, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, professor Hamzagha Orujov and the head of the Quality Assurance Department Sevil Imanova also attended the forum organized by the Education Quality Assurance Agency (EQAA).

During panel discussions at the conference, ideas were exchanged on the design of educational programs, the importance of student representation in external quality assurance, and the approaches and strategies used in providing problem-based learning.
