In order to ensure the implementation of the Cabinet of Ministers' "Action Plan to prevent the spread of new coronavirus disease in Azerbaijan", disinfection work has been carried out at the Baku Engineering University (BEU).

Hygiene and Epidemiology Center of Absheron District disinfected all educational buildings, dormitories and public catering facilities of the university, and took control of the sanitary-epidemiological condition.

It should be noted that in order to prevent the danger of coronavirus infection and increase the effectiveness of appropriate preventive measures, consistent works are being implemented at BEU. Informative video was prepared and posted on the University's website, as well as on monitors in educational buildings and dormitories. Moreover, the informative event on "Raising awareness on compulsory health insurance" provided detailed information about the complications of the coronavirus and ways to prevent it.
