Internal exams for admission to the international dual diploma program (IDP) implemented between Baku Engineering University (BEU) and Inha University at the bachelor's degree of higher education for the 2022/2023 academic year have been held. The exams were held in the fields of Information technology, Civil engineering, Electrical engineering and Electronics engineering.

The internal exams conducted jointly by BEU and Inha University were organized into 2 parts and lasted for a total of 2 hours (1 hour for mathematics and physics, 1 hour for English language). There are 12 test questions for mathematics, 8 for physics, and 30 test questions for English (including listening).

Comprehensive conditions have been created to ensure transparent, objective and impartial examinations. The 13-person delegation of Inha University, and about 10 employees of BEU were involved in the examination process. BEU Vice-Rector Mikayil Zeynalov, BEU-INHA DDP Director General Humay Jafarli and INHA Project Director of BEU-INHA DDP Hyunjin Yang reviewed the progress of the exams.

Of note, it is planned to admit 128 people (32 people in each specialty) to the program. More than 300 applicants who scored 500 points or more in the department of Information technologies, 400 points or more in the departments of Electronics engineering, Electrical engineering and Civil engineering in the I specialty group of the centralized entrance examination of the State Examination Center (SEC) for the purpose of participating in the internal entrance examination for the BEU-INHA DDP registered.

The results of the internal exams are scheduled to be announced on August 19, 2022.

The BEU-INHA DDP, which has been carried out in the direction of engineering specialties, is implemented within the framework of the "State Program on Increasing the International Competitiveness of the Higher Education System in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2023".
