Dissertations defense of graduate students of the Department of Computer and Information Technology at Baku Engineering University (BEU) has been held. Taking into account the requirements of the current pandemic and quarantine regime, they defended their dissertations online.

The dissertation was attended by assoc.prof. Rauf Mammadov, head of Graduate Studies and Doctoral Department of BEU, assoc.prof. Huseyn Mirzayev, dean of Engineering Faculty, deputy deans and employees of the Department.

Students graduating from the Department of Computer and Information Technologies in 4  specialties (computer engineering-English section, computer engineering-Azerbaijani section, management information systems-English section, management information systems - Azerbaijani section) participated in the dissertation defense this year. After the defense, 5 graduate students received  A (excellent), while 9 B (very good), 5 C (good) in the assessment.

At the end, 2 graduate students were awarded honors  diplomas, while 17 ordinary diplomas.
