A career-oriented meeting has been organized with first-year students of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Baku Engineering University (BEU). The purpose of the meeting was to give students the right direction in their professional activities from an early stage and to develop their career planning skills.

At the event, general information was first provided on the activities of the BEU Department on work with enterprises and career. It was noted that the center plays an important role in increasing students' practical knowledge, ensuring their participation in internship programs, as well as in the process of preparing for the labor market. It was noted that the center also actively works to strengthen relations between the university and industrial enterprises.

Later, the importance of preparing a personal development plan, correctly defining goals, and sustainable development was discussed. The students were given necessary recommendations on the steps they should take during their studies at the university to build a successful career.

During the event, individual career planning was conducted with the participants, proposals were made in accordance with their interests and goals, and questions were answered.
