Students of Baku Engineering University (BEU) closely participated in the tree planting action held in Absheron district on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev.

About 1,000 evergreen trees suitable for Absheron's climatic conditions were planted in the action in which young people and volunteers actively participated.

The event was attended by Abdin Farzaliyev, head of Absheron District Executive Power, heads of law enforcement agencies, departments and organizations of the region, chairman of NAP Absheron District Organization, families of martyrs and veterans.

It should be noted that an irrigation network has been established to ensure constant irrigation of the newly constructed green zone.
