BEU students start industrial internship and internship program

Industrial internship for students of Baku Engineering University (BEU) has started. The industrial internship, organized in accordance with the existing pandemic rules and started on February 16, is expected to end on May 24.

In the current academic year, a total of 886 students were sent to the industrial internship, including 297 students from  the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, 253 students from the Faculty of Architecture and Construction, 336 students from the Engineering Faculty.

Students will undergo industrial internship at public and private enterprises, including Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, SOCAR, Azerenergy JSC, Azerishig OJSC, Azersun Holding, Azersu OJSC, Azerikimya Production Association, Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, State Social Protection Fund, Agrarian Insurance Fund, Baku International Sea Trade Port CJSC, Absheron Logistics Center, Azerbaijan Railways CJSC, Azerbaijan International Road Carriers Association, Sumgait Technologies Park, Azertechnoline LLC, Veyseloglu Group of Companies, Bank of Baku, Kapital Bank, Ateshgah Insurance Company OJSC, Azer Turk Bank, International Bank of Azerbaijan, ASAN Service and E-Gov Development Center, Innovation Center, Mexican Embassy in Azerbaijan, Aztelekom LLC, Absheron District Executive Power.

Fayyaz Farajov, BEU student of the Department of Accounting and Auditing, will have an internship at the University of Koblenz, Germany.

Furthermore, scientific research internship (February 16 - March 15) and scientific-pedagogical internship (March 17 - April 13) of 2nd year master’s students are organized. A total of 51 graduate students from the Departments of  Azerbaijani Language, Azerbaijani Literature, World Politics, International Relations and Diplomacy, Steel Structures, Tribotechnics, Theory of Structures, Theory of Machine and Mechanisms, Computer Engineering, IT Management, Chemistry and Technology of Basic Organic Synthesis, Environmental Protection and Rational Use of Natural Resources are participating in the internship program.
