The Rector of Baku Engineering University, professor Havar Mammadov has met with the President of Azerbaijan-Israel International Association (Aziz) Lev Spivak.

Rector Havar Mammadov informed the guest about the history, educational system and rich material and technical base of the University. Noting BEU international relations, the Rector spoke in-depth about the Dual Degree Program implemented between BEU and INHA University of South Korea, as well as the existing cooperation with foreign universities.

President of the Association Lev Spivak thanked the Rector for the warm welcome.

During the meeting, extensive discussions were held on the establishment of relations between BEU and Israeli universities, exchange of academic staff and students, dual degree programs, as well as joining research programs.  

Of note, a memorandum of cooperation between BEU and some Israeli universities is expected to be signed in the near future.
