Baku Engineering University (BEU) has taken part in the "Azerbaijan Universities Fair 2020" organized by the Sabunchu Youth House of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In his opening speech, Director of Sabunchu Youth House Samir Mehraliyev said that the purpose of the exhibition was to introduce higher education institutions to applicants and acquainted them with the specialties they would choose. He noted that the exhibition was intended for entrants studying in IX, X, XI grades of 47 schools operating in Sabunchu district and wished success to the participants.

Presentations on engineering, international relations, architecture and construction, as well as other areas were held at the BEU stand at the exhibition. In addition, startup projects developed by students, the activities of the university, foreign relations, materials and videos reflecting the cooperation with the business world were demonstrated.

Bahman Mammadov, a senior lecturer at the Department of Mathematics and Informatics of BEU, made a presentation at the exhibition, which provided extensive information about the specialties in the higher education institution he represented, and answered questions from applicants.

It should be noted that a total of 22 universities and 5 colleges took part in the one-day exhibition.
