Representatives of PASHA Capital Investment Company has held an educational seminar for students on “PASHA Capital Internship Programme” at Baku Engineering University (BEU).
Hazi Gasimov, chairman of BEU Trade Union Committee, noted the internship program would be useful for students' future career.
Later, Tahmina Mehdiyeva, an employee of the Human Resources Business and Partnership Department of the above-mentioned company, Elchin Mammadov, an employee of the Internal and Foreign Market Trade Operations Department, and Ali Babazadeh, a representative of the Margin Trade Management Department took the floor.
In the speeches, the students were informed about PASHA Capital Investment Company and the internship program. It was emphasized that the paid internship program, to take place in July and August this year, was intended for students of higher education institutions, mainly 4th year bachelors, masters or MBA students majoring in Economics, Finance and Business Administration. The benefits of participating in this program were also discussed, and it was added that students would have the opportunity to become practical participants in the process of working with clients on both local capital markets and foreign financial exchanges, as well as to develop analytical knowledge in this area.
Candidates eligible for the internship program will apply their theoretical knowledge in the field of "Brokerage in the domestic and foreign markets" and "Margin trading (International Financial Markets)" and get acquainted with the real working environment of the country's leading investment company. At the end of the program, students who meet the required conditions will be provided with jobs.
