Students of Baku Engineering University (BEU) majoring in Automation, Electronics, Telecommunication will be able to improve their practical skills and competencies at the workshop of BEU Technopark.

This was made possible by the implementation of the relevant provisions of the "Cooperation Agreement" between BEU Rector, Professor Havar Mammadov and the Head of AZSMART Limited Liability Company Teymur Mammadov.

According to the agreement, AZSMART LLC intends to create 5 jobs in the Technopark, select students with high knowledge in the field of electronics, train them and involve students in the repair of electronic blocks in the off-hours.

The selection stage was over and the first meeting of the students with the administration and specialists of the company was taken place. Tamraz Askarov, Chief Technical Officer, and employees of the Department (Fariz Bayramov, Technical Support Coordinator and Masma Dadashova, Human Resources Specialist) provided the students with in-depth information about the corporate rules of the organization, the purpose of the project, the importance of enriching students' practical knowledge at the University workshop, and types of equipment to be repaired in the workplaces.

At the next stage, the selected students will be instructed by the specialists of the organization on the rules of labor organization and safety. They will be involved in the repair work at the workshop of BEU Technopark after gaining experience by directly participating in the process of repairing electronic blocks under the experienced specialists in the office of the enterprise.

Cooperation with AZSMART LLC is an effective innovation with great prospects for the creation of real opportunities and training specialists to enrich students' practical knowledge at the workshop of the University.
