"Netcad Academy" software protocol" has been signed within the framework of cooperation between Baku Engineering University (BEU) and Netcad, a complex software manufacturer of Türkiye. Rector of university, professor Havar Mammadov and Strategy and Partnerships Manager of Netcad Banu Ilter signed the document.

The cooperation protocol includes the formation of "Netcad Academy" under BEU, the training highly qualified personnel in the fields of geographic information systems, engineering, construction, as well as the creation of resources to meet the needs of skilled labor of the sectors. The document covers the procedures and principles related to the organization of "Netcad Academy" educational programs, joint research, development and social activity for students studying at BEU bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees within the framework of cooperation.

At the meeting, Rector Havar Mammadov spoke in detail about the organization of education at the university based on modern standards, further strengthening and improvement of the quality of education, as well as other issues. Touching upon the future directions of cooperation between BEU and Netcad, the Rector emphasized the importance of this cooperation.

Banu Ilter, the general manager of Netcad, informed about the company's relations with higher education institutions, projects and programs implemented jointly with them. He expressed his hope that the cooperation of the company, which has cooperative relations with more than 90 countries, with BEU would be useful and expand.

Detailed views were exchanged on points of mutual interest, including implementation of joint projects, familiarization of students with the "Netcad" program, licensed software and other areas at the meeting.
