Seminar dedicated to ethnolinguistic and ethnopsychological analysis of folklore texts of Azerbaijani Turks

A scientific seminar entitled "Ethnolinguistic and ethnopsychological analysis of folklore texts of Eastern Anatolia Azerbaijani Turks" has been held at Baku Engineering University.

The head of the Azerbaijani language and pedagogy department of the university, professor Tarana Hajiyeva touched on the role of seminars in the formation of the scientific environment in the higher educational institution, as well as the importance of the topics raised.

Talking about the important points related to the development of linguistics, the professor emphasized the importance of studying the interrelationship of linguistic and ethnic factors, ethnolinguistic and entopsychological manifestations in the language.

Later, the report of Emin Aghayev, associate professor of the department, was listened to. The speaker gave detailed information about the concept of ethnolinguistics, the development of ethnolinguistics as a new field that investigates linguistic materials, ethnolinguistic words used in the language, mythological connections of those words, branches of modern ethnolinguistics, etc. Furthermore, he brought to the attention of the participants of the seminar how the concepts manifested in the ethnopsychology of the Azerbaijani people are described in folklore with scientific analyzes.

After the speech, opinions were exchanged on the topic, and the questions of the speaker seminar participants were clarified.
