Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

To add the words “theoretical-methodological, pedagogical-methodical” after the word “fundamental” to Clause 1 of the Order No 2429 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Dated 8 November 2016 "On the Establishment of Baku Engineering University Public Legal Entity under Subordination of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan” (Collection of Legislative Acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2016, № 11, Article 1868; 2017, № 2, Article 198).
