Automatic control laboratory

     The laboratory is designed to study automation and alternative energy devices. Here, students are taught to obtain alternative energy through artificial solar.

     Devices and equipment in the laboratory are used in the teaching lessons "Fundamentals of Automation", "Electrical Engineering", "Renewable Energy" and others.

     The laboratory is equipped with equipments manufactured by Gunt, ZPrinter and Kandh such as PLS module and control system, Air compressor, Automated manipulator (robot) mechanical processing system, 3D Printer, Solar water heater, Solar panel module, Connection and autonomous operation of photovoltaic networks, a set of microcomputer training devices (servo motors) are available in the laboratory.


Laboratory of Mechanisms and Machine Dynamics

     The laboratory has a machine parts diagnostic device manufactured by the German company Gunt and a stand for the study of pneumatic systems of machines. Computer analysis of vibrations (vibrations) generated during operation of gear reducers, belt drives, elbow-sliding mechanism, etc. are carried out in the diagnostic device for machine parts. In addition to operating parameters, the effect of various types of damage, shape and production errors on the dynamics of machines is studied. The laboratory is used in the teaching lessons "Basics of machine parts and design", "Theory of machines and mechanisms", "Hydraulics", "Machine production technology" and others.

     The laboratory is equipped with equipments manufactured by Gunt such as Machine Parts Diagnostic Device and Pneumatic Circuit System.


Internal combustion engines and car laboratory

      In the laboratory, the test device of internal combustion engines running on gasoline and diesel fuel, their working principle, fuel consumption, operating parameters, etc. is studied..

     It is possible to study the critical speeds and vibration modes of thin, elastic shafts and rotors, static and dynamic balancing with elbow elements on shaftsthe torsional stiffness of the cylindrical rod, the moment of mass inertia, the loss of balance from vibration, the damping coefficient of the oscillations, the forced torsional oscillations - resonance, the torsional oscillations of a system consisting of several masses,  as well as to analyze the exhaust gas in internal combustion engines.

Laboratory of mechanical vibration and sound control

     In the laboratory, diagnostics of welded joints, quality analysis of the seam are carried out, and their defects are determined by ultrasound examination. Cracks on structural elements and machine parts are also detected by painting and magnetic methods. There are also devices that measure ultraviolet radiation, radiation levels, illumination, and the coating layer applied to the parts.

     The laboratory is used in the teaching lessons "Welding application and basics", "Mertrology, standardization and certification", "Machine diagnostics", etc.

    The laboratory is equipped with equipments manufactured by Huatec, Magnaflux, Ohnson, Soloreter, Tenmars, Showrange, Olympus such as USM diagnostics of welds, Device for magnetic and color detection of cracks, Device for measuring magnetic field, Device for measuring ultraviolet rays, Electromagnetic field, Magnetic field detector, Light gauge, Digital coating thickness gauge, Digital ultrasonic thickness gauge are available in the laboratory.


Design and adequate modeling laboratory

     The laboratory is equipped with the latest 8th generation HP computers. Many programs such as SolidWork, AutoCad, ArchiCad, Matlab, MathCad, Multisim, Simatic are installed on computers. Here students learn the basics of design and adequate modeling.

     The laboratory is used in the teaching lessons "Reverse geometry and engineering graphics", "Informatics", "CAD, CAM systems in mechanical engineering", "Construction mechanics" and others.


Processing methods laboratory

     In the laboratory, students are taught mechanical processing methods. Modern welding equipment, metal shielding gas welding (MIG / MAG), autogenous welding, manual electric arc welding, argon arc welding (TIG), plasma cutting (with compressed air), RPI machine, semi-automatic lathe, milling machine, vertical drilling machine, hydraulic press, cutting and bending machines, etc. areavailable in the laboratory. Using laboratory facilities, students majoring in mechanics and mechanical engineering gain practical skills in the fields of welding, turning, drilling, cutting steel and soft metals at any angle, etc.

Material and metallography laboratory

     The structure, microstructure, physical and mechanical characteristics of materials are studied in the laboratory. Test samples from different materials are cut, the surfaces are polished and the microstructure is examined and analyzed under a microscope. Surface and volume hardness of material samples are measured in different ways. Heat treatment of metal samples is carried out.

Materials resistance laboratory

     In the laboratory, samples made of different metals are tested for tension, compression, bending, torsion and fatigue. Deformations of samples studied by tensometric methods are automatically measured, and the resulting stresses are determined and evaluated. Impact testing of prismatic samples is also performed to determine the potential energy and impact viscosity generated during the impact.

     The laboratory has modern equipment for practical training in aerodynamics and fluid mechanics. In this laboratory, it is possible to conduct such experiments as the basic concepts of fluid mechanics, Bernoulli's equation, determination of flow regime, visualization of current lines in air and water, etc. In addition, the efficiency and power diagram of turbochargers can be drawn experimentally.

Laboratory of thermal sciences and thermal conductivity

     The laboratory is designed to teach the principles and concepts of thermal sciences and thermal conductivity. In this laboratory, students have the opportunity to practice the production of electricity from steam, as well as learn the principle of operation of cooling systems. During the lesson, students are taught to compare theoretical knowledge with practice and the causes of errors. All the devices in the laboratory are connected to a computer and can see the results of the experiment graphically through the provided software.

Galvanic laboratory

     The laboratory teaches how to coat metals, including many coatings such as copper, chrome and nickel. While in the lab, students are taught safety rules and told to wear gloves, masks and goggles.

     The equipments in the laboratory are made in Germany (ZEH / min. Systemtechnik Anlagentechnik).
