Industrial engineering provides students with knowledge on all processes ranging from designing systems containing resources such as human, time, investment, raw materials, and their installation, upgrading and utilization, using various scientific methods.

The main purpose of industrial engineering is to study the students studying this specialty, business planning, general quality control, project management and so on. to get knowledge on subjects.

Generally, the department consists of 6 academics. Two of them are PhDs, two are senior lecturers, 4 lecturers and one laboratory assistant.

The staff of the department regularly carries out joint projects with well-known European universities within the framework of European Union projects and is also involved in refresher courses. Instructors of the department are invited to participate in courses related to their specialty.
Role of the department in the career and internship of students

There are 3580 contemporary books and scientific magazines in the University's Library on the subjects taught in the Department of Industrial Engineering.
The department has a laboratory consisting of 15 personal computers. The laboratory has the following computer programs to use applications that require an operating system.

Students have the opportunity to use the lab at their own discretion. It is recommended that the software be upgraded.

The main research direction of the Department of Industrial Engineering is the determination of scientific and practical problems of production and service areas, optimal management of production processes, quality control in production processes, processing and management of information, design of system analysis and control problems.
