Congratulations to the entrants admitted to Baku Engineering University, we wish them success in their future studies!

pplicants admitted to Baku Engineering University must register online by the specified date. They must register portal.edu.az from September 7, 2021 to September 19, 11:59PM. To do this, go to the main page, click "Register", select the service "Registration for higher and secondary special education institutions" and enter the required information by clicking the "Apply" button.

Failure to register in portal.edu.az within the specified period will be considered as a refusal of the relevant specialty.

The following documents (in a quality and readable form) must be uploaded to the portal.edu.az platform.

1.  Document of higher education- school leaving certificate, diploma. The original document will be handed over to the university at the beginning of classes.

2. Identity card

3. Color photos- size 3x4

4. Health certificate (form 086)

5. Certificate card on initial military registration (for boys) 

6. Total tuition fee of the first course(applicants admitted on a paid basis)

7. e-mail (active e-mail must be entered)

 

Note: In addition to the documents required for mandatory inclusion in the system, the documents required by our university must be uploaded to the "Additional document (if requested by the educational institution where you are admitted)". To do this, click the + (Add) button next to the cell to add new documents.

Eligible students exempted from tuition fee 

          1. Students with IDP status (ID of student);

2. Members of the family with martyr family status;

3. Children of the people who were martyred for  the sake of the protection of the territorial integrity, independence and constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, were missing due to military operations , about whose death the court issued a document and who are disabled;

4. Students whose both parents passed away, or one parent of whom passed away, or whose other parent is disabled to first and second degree;

5. Persons who are disabled to first and second degree, as well as the ones under 18 with disabilities.

         

NOTE:Applicants exempted from tuition fee must upload the following documents and an application in accordance with the sample. At the beginning of classes, the original of the following documents must be submitted to the Education Department of the University.

 

I.  Students with IDP status:

1. Notarized copy and original version of IDP card of the student (registered till the end of the current year)

 

II. Students who are the members of martyr families:

1.     Notarized copy of ID card of martyr family;

2.     Notarized copy of death certificate of the parent;

3.     Notarized copy of birth certificate of the student.

 

     NOTE: The applicants who are 18 must get their certificates in order to confirm that they are members of a martyr family.

     III.  Children of the people who were disabled themselves for the sake of the protection of the territorial integrity, independence and constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

1.     Notarized copy of disability certificate of the parent (The reason of disability should be as shown above);

 

2.     Notarized copy of birth certificate of the students.

 III (a).  Children of the people who were martyred sacrificing themselves for  the sake of the protection of the territorial integrity, independence and constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, were missing due to military operations , and about whose death the court issued a document:

1.     Copy of death certificate (court decision about the death of missing person);

 

2.     Notarized copy of birth certificate of the student.

 

IV.  Students whose both parents passed away, or one parent of whom passed away, or whose other parent is disabled to first and second degree:  

1.     Notarized copy of death certificate of the parent;

2.     Notarized copy of disability certificate  and disability verification form of the parent;

3.     Notarized copy of birth certificate of the student.

 

     Note: Exemption from payment is valid until 23.

     In the case of the disability certificate is not perpetual, the student is exempt from tuition fee for the certain period.
