BEU Announces Admissions for Second Higher Education in the 2026/2027 Academic Year

Baku Engineering University (BEU) announces admissions for the 2026/2027 academic year in accordance with the "Procedure for the Content and Organization of Supplementary Education and the Issuance of Relevant Documents to Persons Who Have Completed Education in Any Field of Supplementary Education," approved by Resolution No. 163 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 6, 2010.

Admissions for second higher education at BEU are conducted across a total of 41 specializations. Enrollment is available in both full-time and part-time formats and is carried out in Azerbaijani and English languages. https://beu.edu.az/az/admission/repeated-higher-education

Admissions for second higher education are processed through the electronic portal of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan at https://portal.edu.az. Through the portal, applicants can track the current status of their application, obtain information on the stages of the process, and also pay tuition fees.

The duration of study is determined taking into account the difference between the previous and new educational programs.

The application deadline is August 31, 2026, at 23:59.

Documents required to be uploaded to the portal:

1. Document of higher education: diploma and its supplement.

2. For graduates of foreign countries: a document confirming the recognition and equivalency determination of the qualification.
