Baku Engineering University announces the acceptance of applications for re-admission to higher education in the 2025/2026 academic year

In accordance with the "Rules on the content and organization of additional education and the issuance of relevant documents to persons who have received education in any direction of additional education," approved by the decision No. 163 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 6, 2010, Baku Engineering University announces admissions for individuals wishing to obtain a second higher education for the 2025/2026 academic year in the following specializations.

Application Process

Admission for a second higher education is conducted through the electronic portal of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan: https://portal.edu.az.

Required Documents

Individuals wishing to obtain a second higher education must submit their application by uploading the following documents to the portal (in PDF or JPG format):

Higher Education Document: Diploma and its supplement (transcript of records).
For Graduates of Foreign Universities: A certificate of recognition and equivalence of their qualifications in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, issued by the Ministry of Science and Education.

Admission Procedure

Interview: Applicants for a second higher education will be interviewed.
Enrollment: Candidates who successfully pass the interview will be admitted to their chosen specialization on a contractual basis.
