Baku Engineering University Announces Admission for Second Higher Education Programs for the 2026/2027 Academic Year

In accordance with the “Rules for the Content and Organization of Additional Education and the Issuance of Relevant Documents to Individuals Completing Education in Any Area of Additional Education,” approved by Resolution No. 163 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 6, 2010, Baku Engineering University announces admission for individuals wishing to pursue a second higher education degree in the 2026/2027 academic year in the fields of study listed below.

Application process

Admission to second higher education programs is carried out through the electronic portal of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan: portal.edu.az

Through the portal, applicants can track the current status of their application, obtain information about the stages of the admission process, and make tuition fee payments.

The duration of study is determined by taking into account the differences between the applicant’s previous academic program and the newly selected program.

Required Documents for Upload to the Portal

• Higher education document: diploma and diploma supplement (transcript).

• For graduates of foreign higher education institutions: a document confirming the recognition and equivalency of the qualification in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The application submission period will end at 11:59 PM on August 31, 2026.
