Students who were finalists of the "My Technology" competition and their mentor teachers got acquainted with the campus of Baku Engineering University (BEU), laboratories with wide scientific and research opportunities.

The 10-11th grade students from the general educational institutions of Absheron-Khizi, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Ganja-Dashkasan, Nagorno-Shirvan and Guba-Khachmaz regions covered by the competition were given detailed information about the working principle of laboratories, modern equipment, and the experiments conducted here. Moreover, the role and importance of the newly opened Cyber ​​Security laboratory in the educational process and visual learning of information technology was discussed. It was noted that, in general, all laboratories create favorable opportunities for students studying at BEU to strengthen their theoretical knowledge in practice.

During the introduction to the material and technical base, questions of interest to schoolchildren were also clarified.

The students, who were satisfied with the conditions created for teaching at BEU, highly appreciated the projects implemented by the university in order to contribute to the formation and development of the innovation ecosystem, the participation of upper-class students in these projects, and the support given to their startup ideas.
