The Ministry of Education will continue accepting students' applications through the electronic portal https://e-telebe.edu.az until December 1.

Students admitted to higher and secondary vocational education institutions in the current academic year (2020/2021), as well as students who are members of families belonging to socially vulnerable groups, are requested to complete the submission of appeals to the electronic portal https://e-telebe.edu.az by the specified date and complete and approve incomplete appeals.

It should be noted that from September 30, 2020, the Ministry of Education has activated the reception of applications for electronic registration of students admitted to higher, secondary and vocational education institutions in the current academic year and the state's payment of tuition fees for students belonging to families belonging to socially vulnerable groups through the electronic portal https://e-telebe.edu.az .  The process of receiving and processing appeals is underway.
