Until December 13, 2021, the State Examination Center (SEC) will register candidates for doctoral studies, as well as for those who are studying or have completed their dissertations to take the Doctor of Philosophy exam in a foreign language.

During this period, candidates must create a "Personal Cabinet" on the website of the State Examination Center (SEC)  (http://dim.gov.az/) in accordance with the "Rules for the creation and use of the Personal Cabinet" and register for participating in the exam (link is active until December 13).
