Documents for participating in the competition are accepting for a period of 1 month starting from the day of its announcement in accordance with regulations “On the rules for holding the positions of head of department, dean and deputy dean in higher education institutions” of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. F-100 dated February 5, 2018 and “On the rules for holding the positions of head of the department, academic staff in higher education institutions” No. 401 dated August 7, 1996.
