*As there is no per capita funding for Dissertate, it will be paid by higher education institutions for their employees at the expense of the institution, and will be on the paid basis for others.

Those wishing to submit a document to the Doctorate must enter the website of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan portal.edu.az, select the "Student admission and registration of higher and secondary special education institutions" and register in accordance with the instructions.

Sending applications through Portal.edu.az will start on April 5 this year.

The exam on the subject of "Philosophy" for those who successfully passed the foreign language exam will be held on September 1, 2, 5, 2022, and the specialty exam will be held on September 12-13, 2022. 

NOTE: Foreign language exam for the candidates of Doctorate and foreign language (minimum) exam for the students of Doctoral Training Programmes will be held on 12.06.2022
