Students of the Faculty of Engineering Visit Abşeron Logistics Center

Baku Engineering University (BEU) has organized a field trip to the Abşeron Logistics Center for students of the "Logistics and Transport Technologies Engineering" and "Service Engineering in Transport" programs of the Faculty of Engineering.
During the excursion, led by Nijat Karimov, Associate Professor of the Logistics and Transport Department, and instructors Zamir Novruzov and Araz Alisharli, students were briefed on the operations of the center.
Namiq Aghaev, Head of the Training Department of the center, provided students with a detailed overview of cargo handling processes, the 3PL warehouses operating within the center, customs procedures, documentation requirements, and the organization of logistics operations.
Students also received a hands-on familiarization with the center's premises, the functions of its various departments, and practical processes.
The field trip was of particular significance in terms of consolidating students' theoretical knowledge in a practical environment and acquainting them with real-world workflows in the field of logistics.
