On-Site Class Organized for BEU Students at Production Facility

A field class was held for second-year correspondence students of the "Winemaking" major at Baku Engineering University (BEU) as part of the course "Wine Technology-1."

The class took place at the "Khirdalan Sharab" facility of A+CO ASC and served to reinforce students' theoretical knowledge in a production environment. During the session, dedicated to the topic "Methods and Procedures for Wine Analysis," students became closely acquainted with the facility's operations, production process, and laboratory equipment.

The company's technologist, who is also a BEU lecturer, Ilkin Suleymanov, first provided students with detailed information on the safety regulations applied at the facility. Students then visited the production areas and laboratories, where they familiarized themselves with the analysis methods used in wine production, quality control processes, and the procedures for conducting laboratory research.

Held in a real production environment, the class contributed to the development of students' professional knowledge and skills, while also providing them with valuable practical experience for their future careers.
