BEU Students Familiarized with Production Process

Students enrolled in the "Chemical Engineering" specialization at Baku Engineering University (BEU) have visited the Norm cement plant on an excursion.

Organized jointly by BEU's Corporate Relations and Career Centre and the Society of Chemical Engineers, the visit allowed students to observe the cement production process firsthand, from the raw material stage through to the finished product. During the excursion, participants gained detailed information not only about the plant's production facilities, but also about laboratory processes, material analysis, and product quality control mechanisms.

The visit both enabled students to apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical setting and contributed to their acquisition of real industrial experience and closer preparation for their future professional careers.
