As part of the event, employees of the university's Enterprise Relations and Career Center and Technopark, including high-achieving students, took part in the exhibition organized for higher education institutions.

Participants were provided with detailed information about BEU's educational programs, career opportunities created for students, projects implemented in cooperation with industry, as well as activities aimed at the development of innovation and entrepreneurship. Initiatives serving the integration of students and graduates into the labor market were also presented, and prospects for potential cooperation with employers were discussed. Participants' questions about the development of the innovation ecosystem, startup activities, and technological projects at BEU's Technopark were answered. In addition, connections were established between employers and students who have achieved high results in various fields.

The main purpose of the event was to bring together the key stakeholders of the career ecosystem in order to contribute to the formation of joint solutions adapted to the challenges of the labor market, the strengthening of education-employment-industry cooperation, and the sharing of successful practices in career development.

The opening speech was delivered by Hasil Abbasov, Chairman of the State Employment Agency, and Emin Agayev, an expert in education, human capital development, and international certification.

The event, in which BEU employees took an active part, was attended by senior officials and specialists in human resources from the public and private sectors, as well as heads of career centers of higher education institutions, instructors working in the field of career planning and vocational guidance, and representatives of industrial and manufacturing enterprises.
