BEU-INHA DDP Students Achieve Success at Robotics Olympiad

Students of the Dual Degree Program (BEU-INHA DDP) implemented between Baku Engineering University and INHA University of South Korea have achieved high results across various categories at the Azerbaijan stage of the Fibonacci International Robotics Olympiad.
In the competition, the team represented by Hakim Musazade, a 3rd-year student of the DDP's "Electronics Engineering" specialization, was awarded first place in the "Mega Sumo" category. The team has qualified for the next stage, which will be held in Antalya.
The team of which Tahira Baylarova, a 3rd-year student of the DDP's "Electronics Engineering" specialization, is a member claimed first place in the "Maze" category by completing the labyrinth in 11 seconds. The team featuring another 3rd-year student of the same specialization, Ulkar Rahimli, finished third in the "Line Follower" category by completing the given map in 27 seconds.
Professors from the world's prestigious universities — the University of Toronto, the University of Bologna, the University of Edinburgh, Lazarski University, and University College London, as well as several leading higher education institutions of Türkiye — participated in the Olympiad as guests and highlighted new trends in the field of technology.
Representatives of various government bodies and organizations also attended the event, sharing their thoughts on technology and the future of education.
It should be noted that the next stage of the Fibonacci International Robotics Olympiad will be held in Antalya, Türkiye, from April 22–26. The final stage is planned to take place in Italy.
