International Webinar on Academic Publishing Process Held at BEU

Baku Engineering University (BEU) hosted an international webinar titled "F1000Research Publishing: Tips for Successful Publication-Navigate F1000Research and understand the Scopus pathway."

The online webinar, moderated by Narmina Aliyeva, Associate Professor and Head of the Foreign Languages Department at BEU, brought together researchers, educators, and young scientists from various countries.

Experts from the Samarkand Branch of Tashkent State University of Economics and Indonesia's Research Synergy Foundation served as speakers at the event. The presentations addressed the preparation of scientific articles for publication, the open peer review mechanism, article submission guidelines, and the dissemination of research findings within the global scientific community. Participants were also informed about ways to enhance the recognition of scholarly works in international scientific databases, particularly the Scopus index.

The event concluded with discussions on the academic publishing process, followed by a question-and-answer session with participants.
