BEU-INHA Dual Degree Program

Announcement and Presentation on Student Admissions for the 2026/2027 Academic Year
The dual degree program in engineering majors at the bachelor's level between Baku Engineering University (BEU) and INHA University of the Republic of Korea has been implemented since the 2020/2021 academic year.
Admissions in previous years (2020–2023) were carried out within the framework of the “State Program for Increasing the International Competitiveness of the Higher Education System in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019–2023,” adopted pursuant to Order No. 711 dated 16 November 2018 and approved by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Today, the BEU-INHA DDP serves as an exemplary model of international cooperation and high-quality specialist training in engineering in the country and continues its successful operation within the framework of the extended State Program, which will remain in effect until 2030.
Education Model (3+1) The educational process within the dual degree program is organized according to the “3+1” model. Under this model, students complete three years of their education at Baku Engineering University and one year at INHA University in the Republic of Korea. Graduates who successfully complete the program are awarded bachelor's degrees from both higher education institutions—BEU and INHA University.
Since the program was launched in the 2020/2021 academic year, four admission cycles have already been conducted. During this period, 256 students successfully completed the program and graduated. Admissions for the 2026/2027 academic year will continue based on the extension of the program's implementation period until 2030 by the Order of President Ilham Aliyev dated 22 July 2025.
