BEU Summer Exam Session Begins

The summer exam session for the spring semester of the 2025/2026 academic year has commenced at Baku Engineering University (BEU).

The university has taken all necessary measures to ensure that the exam session - which covers bachelor's and master's degree levels and will run until July 4-is conducted in a transparent, objective manner and in compliance with existing regulatory and legal requirements.

To ensure a fair assessment of students' knowledge and skills, all pre-examination indicators for each subject - including attendance records, assignments completed during the semester, independent work, laboratory sessions, and coursework results - were entered into BEU's Electronic Information System prior to the exams. 

To ensure prompt oversight of the examination process during the session and to facilitate the swift investigation of student appeals and any potential disputes, a Headquarters and Appeals Commission has been established. Students have been duly informed in this regard.

The university administration will maintain ongoing attention to ensuring that examinations are conducted in accordance with current regulatory documents and approved guidelines, as well as to strict adherence to the principles of academic integrity and disciplinary rules throughout the session period.

Results will be promptly entered into the electronic system by subject instructors following the completion of each examination.

Make-up examinations will be organized, in accordance with the requirements of the relevant legislation, for students with outstanding academic debts and for those who were unable to participate in the examinations due to valid reasons.
