Panel Discussion on Career in Business and Entrepreneurship Held at BEU

A panel discussion dedicated to the topic of careers in business and entrepreneurship was held at Baku Engineering University (BEU).
The event was jointly organized by BEU's Corporate Relations and Career Center, the Student Youth Organization, and the Youth Development and Career Center.
The panel discussion, themed "Knowledge and Skills Required for Young People Seeking to Pursue a Successful Career in Business and Entrepreneurship in the Modern Era," was opened with introductory remarks by Rasim Hasan, Senior Specialist at the Corporate Relations and Career Center, and Jala Hasanova, Head of the Project and Program Management Department at the Youth Development and Career Center, who emphasized the importance of such events for the professional development of students.
The panel discussion featured speeches by entrepreneurs and specialists who have achieved success in various fields. Vusal Mahmudov, founder and director of "Revisa" LLC, shared his personal experience on the topic of "Key Leadership Skills for Business Growth and Sustainability," while Sonakhanim Abbasova, founder of "Oxloff" bakery and confectionery house, spoke on "Starting a Business from Scratch: Challenges and Sound Decisions," providing insights into the risks encountered at the initial stage and their management. Saday Alverdiyev, founder of "R.E.D Advisory," delivered a presentation on "The First 5 Years of a Career: The Right Direction and Skill Development," sharing a series of career planning recommendations with young attendees.
The speeches touched upon such issues as the demands of the modern labor market, the skills essential for achieving success in the entrepreneurial environment, and the importance of innovative thinking and continuous development.
The panel discussion continued with a question-and-answer session, during which practical recommendations were offered to young people seeking to build a career in business and entrepreneurship.
