BEU Staff Member’s Article Published in Q1 Category International Scientific Journal

An academic article co-authored by Associate Professor Shahriyar Mukhtarov, a research fellow at the Scientific Research Center of Baku Engineering University (BEU), has been published in a Q1 category journal with a high impact factor.
