On the occasion of Novruz Holiday, an event has been held for Korean teachers working in our country within the Dual Degree Program implemented between Baku Engineering University (BEU) and INHA University of South Korea. 

The event was attended by Hyunjin Yang, INHA Project Director of BEU-INHA Dual Degree Program, Ho Choi, who taught Korean language and culture (Korea Foundation), and Yongshik Joo, a teacher who was sent on an official journey to Secong Institute to teach Korean within the cooperation between the two universities.

Firts of all, a video about Novruz, the national holiday of Azerbaijan,  was demonstrated at the event organized by Foreign Languages Department. 

The head of the department, assoc.prof. Atraba Gul brought the necessary information about the history, traditions and symbols of Novruz Holiday to the attention of Koreans.

Emphasizing the further development of relations between Azerbaijan and Korea, including cultural ties, A.Gul pointed out the importance of joint projects implemented by BEU and INHA University.

Korean teachers expressed their gratitude for organizing the event.

Novruz food was presented at the event.
