An event has been held in order to present certificates to teachers who successfully completed the "General English" course organized for the academic staff of the Education Faculty of Baku Engineering University (BEU).

Speaking at the event, the Dean of the Faculty, associate professor Elshad Abdullayev brought to attention that initiatives to increase the level of skills and professionalism of teachers, implement a modern and effective improvement system in this field, and achieve further improvement of the quality of teaching in the higher educational institution were always supported by the BEU administration, and the courses were also implemented from this aspect.

E.Abdullayev noted that the 3-month courses organized by the English Language Department of the Education Faculty cover the dates of 01.04.2022-01.06.2022. The Dean added that the trainings were carried out free of charge by the English language teachers of the University, Tamara Atakishiyeva, Chinara Narimanova and Nigar Aghayeva, emphasizing that approximately 15 people were involved in these courses in three group.

Sharing their impressions about the organization of the course, the participating teachers expressed their support for this wonderful initiative and their desire to continue English language training in the next academic year.

At the end, certificates were presented to the teachers successfully completing the course, as well as to the trainers of the course.
