A seminar on "Sustainable Finance" will be organized by the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Baku Engineering University (BEU).

The seminar will discuss the problems of sustainable development - constraints and opportunities, the goals of firms, sustainable business models, as well as the basic principles of banking.

The guest of the seminar is Elshan Rustamov, an international consultant-expert in this field. The lecturer has studied at universities in Azerbaijan, Great Britain and Sweden on economics, international development and strategic sustainable development, as well as participated in various training courses in other developed countries. He has 16 years of experience in social development, social security and sustainable development in a number of international financial institutions and consulting firms. Extensive work experience is multidisciplinary, covering local, national and regional development. E.Rustamov was directly involved in the implementation of projects in various sectors and organizations in Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Sweden and Norway.
