Rector of Baku Engineering University (B$EU), professor Havar Mammadov has met with Gahraman Galandarov, director of the Transport Training and Education Center of the State Road Transport Service under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport (MDDT).

Cooperation issues between BEU and the abovementioned center were discussed at the meeting. Thus, the involvement of professors and masters of the higher education institution in the process of increasing the professional level of drivers and managers operating in the field of international cargo and passenger transport, and the preparation of joint programs and projects on cooperation between BEU and MDDT, teachers and masters certification as a trainer, as well as the organization of joint events were discussed.

Later, the guests were given necessary information about the University's campus, material and technical base, Technopark and laboratories. Moreover, information was provided qabout the laboratory and stablished at the University  as part of the Crisis and Risk Engineering for Transport Services (CRENG) Erasmus+ KA2 project.

Of note, the meeting was also attended by the Deputy Director of the State Road Transport Service, doctor of technical sciences, prof. Aziz Talibov, the Head of the Logistics and Transport Technology Department of BEU, associate professor Bakhtiyar Namazov.
