Baku Engineering University (BEU) will be accepting students in three additional undergraduate majors for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Admission to “Data Analytics”, which is among the new majors and has 55 places allocated, will be conducted only in the English department. Admission to other new majors – “Decorative and Applied Arts” and “Organization of Tourism Business” will be conducted in the Azerbaijani department. 30 and 60 places have been allocated for these majors, respectively.
In total, BEU will be accepting students in 39 majors for undergraduate majors (https://beu.edu.az/az/page/bakalavr-tehsili-182/).
Of the 2585 planned places allocated for the specialties to be taught, 1745 are for the Azerbaijani section (full-time), 200 are for the part-time form of education, and 640 are for the English section (full-time).
A new dual degree program will also be implemented this year. Personnel training for the specialty "Chemical Engineering" will be carried out within the framework of the dual degree program jointly with the Beijing University of Chemical Technology of the People's Republic of China. Students with high academic performance will continue their education in China in the III and IV academic years.
The admission plan also reflects the part-time education at the bachelor's level this year, and a total of 9 specialties will be taught.
It should be noted that the aptitude test is not provided for the specialties "Architecture" and "Design", as well as the newly opened "Decorative and Applied Arts".
