Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Amending the Decree No 1254 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Dated 21 February 2017 “On Amending the Order No 2429 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Dated 8 November 2016 on Approving the Charter of Baku Engineering University Public Legal Entity and on the Establishment of Baku Engineering University”

Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

 To annul parts 1 and 3 of the Decree No 1254 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 21 February 2017 (Collection of Legislative Acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2017, № 2, Article 198; 2019, № 3, Article 404, № 7, Article 1230; 2020, № 2, Article 107, № 6, Article 698; 2021, № 2, Article 126) “On Amending the Order No 2429 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Dated 8 November 2016 on Approving the Charter of Baku Engineering University Public Legal Entity and on the Establishment of Baku Engineering University”.
