Amani Sultanov, a student of the Dual Diploma Program (DDP) implemented between Baku Engineering University (BEU) and INHA University of South Korea, noted, “Students of the Dual Degree Program have been given a great opportunity, and it is up to everyone to evaluate it.”
Sharing his impressions, the first-year student of Civil Engineering of the program reminded that students had a opportunity to dual diplomas by studying at two universities for 4 years.
A.Sultanov also emphasized that the subjects were taught by specially selected teachers within the program.
The program student underlined that one of his favorite subjects was Korean Language.
He added, “We have information about other subjects since school times. But Korean is a novelty for all of us. Furthermore, the number of people who speak Korean is very low compared to other languages, which in turn makes people feel different.”
A. Sultanov spoke about other benefits of the program.
He mentioned, “The sad fact that the majority of students were not able to connect their long-term life with the studied specialty, and they were worried about their future. From this point of view, we are not worried about our future as program students. If we can successfully complete this program, we will have a chance to be provided with more opportunities with 2 foreign languages and international education.”
